2人の子供の子育て経験者です。東京ガス料理教室、学生食堂、コンビニ弁当の開発部、料理教室、パン屋経営、レシピ提供、料理セミナー講師経験有り。料理教室は10年以上続けており、子供料理教室が人気。和食からスイーツ、世界の色々な料理まで作れます。
夏休みに自由研究家事レッスンご希望で有ればご相談下さい。デザートやお料理など、お子様に合った内容でプランニング致します。
料理・作り置き(得意料理)全般的に作れると思いますが、ベーシック(ハンバーグ、カレー、生姜焼きなど)でないものは前もってリクエストお願い致します。お菓子やパンなども作ります。
(作業スタイル)1週間前位に10品ほどリクエストを頂くかこちらでご提案させて頂き、材料などをお出し致します。当日余った材料で何品か作らせていただきます。
