Expiration Date of Application, Returns and Cancellation
Due to the peculiarity of our product, it is non-returnable.
Our cancellation policy is as follows in accordance with the Terms of Service.
- Within 24 hours of receiving a job request from a client, TASKAJI-san must decide whether or not to accept it and respond to him/her. In case TASKAJI-san doesn’t respond to a client within 48 hours of receiving a job request, TASKAJI-san will be deemed not to have accepted a request.
- When TASKAJI-san accepts a request from a client, a bilateral contract for outsourcing housekeeping services is formed between a client and TASKAJI-san. We only provide opportunities for matching of both TASKAJI-san and clients, and we won’t become a party to any form of outsourcing contracts.
- Even after a housekeeping service contract has been concluded, both TASKAJI-san and clients can cancel or alter it.
- In case clients cancel a contract for outsourcing housekeeping service within 72 hours prior to the start of the service, a certain amount of cancelation fee shall be charged.
(Cancellation fee)
- In case clients themselves cancel a service within 72 hours prior to the start time of the service, the following amount shall be charged: 50% of estimated service usage fee (Excluding transportation fees).
- In case clients themselves cancel a service within 24 hours prior to but more than 1 hour before the start time of the service, the following amount shall be charged: 100% of estimated service usage fee (Excluding transportation fees).
- In case clients themselves cancel a service within 1 hours prior the start time of the service or cancel a service without notice (or if clients does not cancel the service before the start of Taskaji-san's housekeeping service), the following amount shall be charged: 100% of estimated service usage fees plus transportation fees.
