ｰ料理歴ｰ
栄養士短大卒業後、保育園の栄養士として３年勤務ののち、青年海外協力隊料理隊員として、北アフリカのモロッコで製菓・料理学校の講師をしました。
その後、同国内カサブランカの和食店で働き、海外での和食のプレゼンテーションの仕方を学びました。
帰国後は京都の和食店や料理教室アシスタントをし、現在は0歳児の育児中です。

私自身、5人兄弟の長女として生まれ育ったので、毎日賑やかな家庭環境のなか、母から家事全般を仕込んでもらいました。家庭のあたたかな食卓に、食べるとほっとする様なお料理を提供出来たらと思います。
