実家の母親が片麻痺になり、実家での家事をする事になり、週一ペースで8人分の食事を作ったり、甥っ子の出産時には、母の代わりに実家で世話をしていました。
母の事が縁で、ヘルパーの資格を取得し、15年仕事を続けて来ました。
そろそろ、自分の好きなお料理を仕事にできたらと思っています。
