久しぶりにタスカジ再開致しました。
病院で栄養士として６年ほど勤務、その後はスポーツジムでパーソナルトレーナーをしておりました。小学校で栄養教諭として献立も立てていたので子ども向けの料理が得意です。
管理栄養士、健康運動指導士としての専門学校教員歴があり、異色ですが様々な分野に携わってきた分、幅広く提供できると思っております。
お好きな材料をご準備ください。
家にあるもので調理致します。冷蔵庫に余っている食材があれば調理して整理しますのでご相談ください。
一般食はもちろんアレルギー対応、小児、高齢者、低脂肪、減塩食などできる限り対応させていただきます。
性格上、食材がある限りギリギリまで調理してしまいます。
お時間に余裕をもってご予約頂けますと幸いです。
