プロフィールをご覧にいただきありがとうございます。
私は4人の娘（中３、中2、小6、小４）を育てています！
出産前は高齢者施設の管理栄養士をしていました。
仕事に復帰するまで10年のブランクはあります。その間は育児と家事におわれながら、子ども達の成長に合わせ食事を作りをしてきました。
その経験をもとに、保育園での献立作成や調理業務、食育に取り組みました。
その傍ら、ご高齢者とお料理サークルも開催しています。
子育て期の忙しいお母さんお父さん、ご高齢者に寄り添い、お食事の面からお手伝いが出来たら幸いです。

お好みやご要望に合わせたお料理を、打ち合わせしてご提案していきたいです。
野菜を沢山つかい、栄養面も考慮して調理したいと考えています。

ご要望に合わせて、お買い物もいたします。

プロ並みのお掃除はお受けできませんが、お困りのことがあればご相談ください。
