はじめまして。
心、体、環境を整えることが好き過ぎて、
家事代行サービスを始めた
安達望と申します(^^)

実は私、家事があまり得意じゃないし、
好きではありませんでした(^^;)

結婚当初は夫の方が家事が得意で、
義母はスーパー主婦
↓どんな感じかというと↓
1歳半ずつ歳の離れた男子3人の
子育てをしながら
食事も洋服も全て手作り。
『お惣菜やレトルト食品は
食べさせたことが無い！』
というタイプだったので
プレッシャーを感じつつも
憧れを抱いていました。
そこで私はスーパー主婦の団体に所属し、
子育てしながら学びと実践を7年間経験。
短気でいつもイライラ
感情をコントロールできずにいた
私でしたが、
色々な学びと実践をすることで、
暮らしの質が上がり、
心穏やかな日々を過ごす事が
できるようになりました。
とにかく毎日がhappyで、
やっと理想の家庭を築くことができた〜♪
っていう感じです☆
なので、この喜びを一人でも多くのママへ
届けたい！！という想いで、
