野菜とタンパク質を取れる栄養バランスの良い食事を心がけて、日々頑張っている皆さんのお手伝いをさせていただきたいと思っております。
目安としましては、3時間で8〜10品くらいをお作りします。
ヒアリングにご協力頂き、リクエストの料理とこちらで提案させて頂く料理で承諾を得られましたら、こちらから買い物リストを送らせていただきます。
