昔から食べることが大好きで、食に関わる仕事に就きたい！
という思いから栄養士の道を目指し、資格を取得しました。
卒業から出産を機に退職するまでこの道一筋で15年以上。
キャリアの半分以上は富裕層向けの高齢者施設で献立作成や調理業務に携わっていました。
多くの経験をされた人生の大先輩の要望に応え続けてきたので、家庭料理であれば大体は対応できます♪
（ただしお菓子やパン系は苦手です＞＜）
娘が赤ちゃんの時は隙間時間で料理をしていたので時短料理も得意です。
現在は夫と４歳の娘の三人家族で、専業主婦をしながらInstagramでレシピの発信をしています。
オリジナルレシピも２００以上ありレシピ本も出版しています♪
