初めまして！20年以上ファッション業界に従事し、現在はフリーランスとして、家事代行を中心に活動をしています。幼少時より食好き、会社員時代の国内外の出張時の楽しみはローカルフードを食すことスーパーマーケット巡りでした、住環境を整え、美味しいものを食べて、健康でハッピーな生活が送れるようお手伝いができれば幸いです。
お料理(3〜5品)＋整理整頓/お掃除、お料理(10品前後)、どちらかとさせていただいております。
◆お料理
①事前のメニュー提案 ②冷蔵庫にある食材で ③下ごしらえのみ(野菜カットや下味冷凍)。①②は2〜３日以内に召し上がっていただくものとなります、すぐに召し上がらない場合は、お手数ですが冷凍保存をお願いいたします(冷凍に不向きな食材もあり)。初めてお伺いする際は、当日の作業効率の都合、お持ちの調理器具と基本的な調味料の有無の確認をさせていただいております。
